Here is my 3-step process:

Pre-Flight Planning Call
What is the desired outcome? This is our launching point in designing the content – whether that be a talk, or consulting or mentoring content for your organization. We will have an hour long Zoom call to get all of the details so I can best serve your intended outcomes. I will create a custom program for you and your goals.

The Pre-Flight Check-in:
DO WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED? Two weeks before the event or our time together, we will meet for a 20 minute check-in on Zoom. I will review what I have customized for you. We’ll agree on any necessary adjustments.

Post Flight Check-in:
How did it go? A week after the event or our time together, we will meet on Zoom to debrief. This is an incredible opportunity to celebrate our work together and gain any golden nuggets from the experience that will benefit both of us in the future.
